- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Anxiety and depression are both predisposing and consequent factor in patients with myocardial infarction (MI). Thus relief of anxiety and depression has an important role in reducing possibility of further MI and also quality of life promotion.
Aim: The aim of the current study was to determine the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) on the anxiety and depression in patients with MI.
Methods: In this experimental study 30 patients, hospitalized in the CCU ward were randomly allocated into control (15) and experimental group (15). Subjects in experimental group underwent ten sessions of CBT interventions individually while the control group did not received any intervention. SCL-90 questionnaire which measures both depression and anxiety was completed for both groups in Pre-and post-intervention phases. Data analyzed using statistical tests of Chi-square, Mann-Whitney, and independent T-Test and paired T-Test.
Results: The mean age of participants was 55.69 ± 6.73 years of which 60% were women. The mean scores of depression and anxiety were not significantly different between two groups before treatment (p> 0.05). But t-test showed that mean depression score after intervention in the control group (1.2 ± 0.38) was significantly higher than the treatment group (0.7 ± 0.33). Similarly, the mean anxiety score in the control group (1.09 ± 0.27) was significantly higher than the experimental group (0.63 ±0.27). The subjects who received CBT had fewer depression and anxiety symptoms.
Conclusion: Individual CBT intervention was effective in decreasing the anxiety and depression of MI patients.- انتشار مقاله: 23-08-1391

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Self-Efficacy is an individual's judgment about his/her abilities and assurance about having personal capabilities. People, who are highly efficient, perceive higher goals for themselves, have more desirable behavior, and are more successful in different fields such as education, etc. Moreover, with recent advances in information technology in the 21st century, accessibility to quality learning for all individuals has become inevitable and it is necessary to use more modern educational approaches.Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-analytic study, data was collected using Schwartz's general self-efficacy questionnaire. The statistical population of our study consisted of all students in the field of educational sciences who were in their final semester at Shahid Bahonar University (attending university, n=29) and all students in the field of educational sciences who were in their final semester at Payam-e-Noor University (non-attending university, n=29), Kerman, Iran. The statistical sample was equal to the statistical population. Data were analyzed using SPSS software, version 12. Frequency, percentage, mean, t test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used as appropriated.Results: There was no significant difference in the general self-efficacy of the attending and non-attending students (P=0.174). The mean diploma grades of the attending students were higher than the non-attending students (P < 0.001). The mean BA scores of the attending students were higher than that of the non-attending students (P < 0.001). There was a correlation between the mean BA scores and general self-efficacy of the students attending university (P=0.009, r = 0.546). There was no correlation between the mean BA scores and general self-efficacy of the non-attending students (P=0.933, r = 0.019).Conclusion: Although there was no significant relationship between the self-efficacy scores of attending and non-attending students, open and distant education can be helpful because of other advantages such as compensating the lack of educational spaces, reducing costs, creating equal opportunities, and alignment with global developments.

- چکیده انگلیسی: E-learning as the youngest generation of distance education, rapidly has developed in recent years, in majority of institutional systems. But in spite of its rapid growth, there are many challenges and ambiguities about it. Some of these challenges are: the lack of a clear and definite definition for it, the lack of a precise classification for kinds of e-learning formats, and finally, the accurate and appropriate forms of interaction in e-leaning environment, in current literature, was not available. In this paper, authors by using theoretical methods of research have tried to respond to all above proposed ambiguities. Initially, by made a comprehensive review on various definitions that is existed in available literature, authors has endeavoured to find a good definition for it and then, refined its defects. Second, have tried to offer and present a comprehensive classification for e-learning formats and explored the features of them. Finally, different forms of interaction in e-learning environments have discussed. Author believes that this article is very applicable and useful for all educational specialists and it can open a new vision in front of all practitioners’ eye.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Introduction: Substance abuse disorder with chronic and recurrent nature has dedicated a wide range of psychosocial interventions and drug therapy. Today, a combination of pharmaceutics and psychological treatments for treatment and prevention of re-use and subsequent increase in psychological co-existence in these patients have been used. One of the most important guidelines for recovery and prevention of recurrence, is psychological treatments and maintenance therapy with drugs such as methadone. Accordingly, the present study has taken place for comparison of the effect of the cognitive behavior combinatory therapy with MMT (Methadone Maintenance Therapy) on uncompromising cognitive emotion regulation strategies in patients with substance abuse. Methods: The present study was a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with a control group. Accordingly, 30 addict participants referring to drug rehabilitation centers were considered as the sample of the study and were randomly assigned into three groups: cognitive-behavior therapy, methadone maintenance therapy, and control. The subjects completed the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and analysis of covariance. Results: The findings showed that cognitive behavior therapy led to the reduction of uncompromising cognitive emotion regulation strategies compared to methadone maintenance therapy. However, methadone maintenance therapy was also effective (p <0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive-behavior therapy, by changing the cognitive and behavioral variables associated with drug abuse, such as uncompromising emotion regulation strategies, helps the addicts for drug rehabilitation.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Background: Anxiety and depression during the pregnancy period are among the factors affecting the pregnancy undesirable outcomes and delivery. One way of controlling anxiety and depression is mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. The purpose of this study was to compare the efficiency of mindfulness based on the Islamic-spiritual schemas and group cognitive behavioral therapy on reduction of anxiety and depression in pregnant women.Methods: The research design was semi-experimental in the form of pretest-posttest using a control group. Among the pregnant women in the 16th to 32nd weeks of pregnancy who referred to the health center, 30 pregnant women with high anxiety level and 30 pregnant women with high depression participated in the research. Randomly 15 participants with high depression and 15 participants with high anxiety were considered in the intervention group under the treatment of mindfulness based on Islamic-spiritual schemes. In addition, 15 participants with high scores regarding depression and 15 with high scores in anxiety were considered in the other group. .The control group consisted of 15 pregnant women with high anxiety and depression. Beck anxiety-depression questionnaire was used in two steps of pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using SPSS, version 20, and P≤0.05 was considered as significant.Results: The results of multivariate analysis of variance test and tracking Tokey test showed that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups of mindfulness based on spiritual- Islamic scheme (P<0.001) and the group of cognitive behavioral therapy with each other (P<0.001) and with the control group(P<0.001). The mean of anxiety and depression scores decreased in the intervention group, but it increased in the control group.Conclusion: Both therapy methods were effective in reduction of anxiety and depression of pregnant women, but the effect of mindfulness based on spiritual- Islamic schemes was more.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The Effectiveness of Family-Centered Therapy Program on the Mental Health of Children and Adolescents with Bipolar Disorder and the Marital Satisfaction of Their Parents. Method: The present research is a Quasi-Experimental study with experimental and control group. The research was investigation of Effectiveness of Family-Centered Therapy Program on the Mental Health of Adolescents with Bipolar Disorder and Marital Satisfaction of their parents. Measurement of mental health symptoms was performed by Initial Adaptive Schema Tests and Strengths and Difficulties Scale. Assessing their parents' Marital Satisfaction done by Afrouz Marital Satisfaction Scale. The data of the questionnaires were extracted and analyzed by Multivariable Analyze of Covariance (MANCOVA). The results presented that Family-Centered program affects Marital Satisfaction, Strengths and Difficulties, Initial Maladaptive Schemas of Adolescents with Bipolar Disorder in the Follow-up step. It is recommended to be considered this program as a complementary treatment for patients suffering from Bipolar disorder.

One hundred twenty three principals were randomly chosen as the participants applying Morgan chart. Measurement tool reliability of the research was gained by the supervisor. The results indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between magnanimity and management style and loyalty and civic virtue and imperative management style. In addition, regression results showed that magnanimity determines 4.9 percent of democratic management style and loyalty determines 12.4 percent of imperative management style.
