- چکیده انگلیسی: The aim of this project is the production of The Descurainia Sophia adsorbent in nano dimensions using a super-grinding disk mill. The top-down method was used in the process of nanogel preparation. After complete drying of the stems, the stems were reduced to smaller sizes by an electric mill, and by using the available sieve to standard number 60, adsorbent granulation was performed. The adsorbent was used to remove copper from aqueous solution. The tests and their optimization results were based on the design of experiments in three levels of variables using Taguchi method. According to the experiment results, pH, contact time, and adsorption mass are the main factors and the most influential effect on the removal of copper from the aqueous solution is the pH parameter, which has a lower p-value. As the pH increases from 5 to 9, the efficiency of copper metal removal increases. The concentration of hydrogen ions is the most important parameter affecting the adsorption process. The effect of temperature on adsorption efficiency has been investigated in the range of 20-50°C. Finally, the highest efficiency of copper cation removal was at 30°C and 8.89%. The results showed that the pH of the solution had the most effect on the copper removal efficiency and in the playing environment, the effect of copper removal was more than the acid and neutral conditions of the solution. Also, the adsorbent mass and contact time have the most effect on copper removal after the pH parameter in the Taguchi method.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The aim of this work was to produce synbiotic apple juice and investigate the survival of Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus plantarum in apple juice during the refrigerated storage (4 °C) for 42 days and then the ability of the mentioned probiotic bacteria in gastrointestinal tolerance under gastrointestinal tract conditions, with simulated gastric and bile juices. Eight-treatment combination Plackett-Burman design was used to evaluate the influence of seven variables such as probiotic strain, inoculum size, fructooligosaccharide content, inulin concentration, patulin content, ascorbic and citric acids concentration on the viability of mentioned probiotic strains. The results showed that the survivability of probiotics in apple juice depends significantly (P ≤ 0.05) on the inoculum size, inulin concentration, kind of probiotic strain, and ascorbic and citric acids’ concentration, respectively. The highest viability was achieved by inoculation of 108 CFU/mL of Lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC 4356 to the apple juice contaminated with 110 µg/L patulin content, containing 2.5% (w/v) inulin, 4 g/L citric acid, and 200 mg/L ascorbic acid. No significant difference was observed in the organoleptic properties of the synbiotic apple juice and the control sample. After sequential incubation in the simulated gastric (2 h) and intestinal juices (pH 7.4, 2 h), the highest number of surviving cells was around 3.5 log (CFU/mL).

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this research, barley bran mixtures with sugar beet pulp were used for polygalacturonase enzyme production by Aspergillus niger fungus in solid state fermentation method for the first time. Effect of some factors including carbon sources relative composition, fermentation time, fermentation temperature, inoculation amount, and moisture content were investigated and optimized amounts were selected. Different mixtures of barley bran and sugar beet pulp with various relative compositions were studied and highest enzyme activity was found for 50% w/w of barley bran and sugar beet pulp. Incubation temperature of 30 °C, time duration of 7 days, moisture content of 80% w/w, and 10 million spores per gram of dry substrate were selected as optimum amounts.
