- چکیده انگلیسی: A novel Brønsted acidic ionic liquid namely N1,N1,N2,N2-tetramethyl-N1,N2-bis(sulfo)ethane-1,2-
diaminium trifluoroacetate {[TMBSED][TFA]2} was synthesized, and characterized by studying its
1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR and mass spectral data. Afterward, the ionic liquid was applied as
catalyst for the production of polyhydroquinoline derivatives via the one-pot multi-component
reaction of arylaldehydes with dimedone, β-ketoesters and ammonium acetate under solvent-free
conditions. The protocol had several advantages, which include: (i) efficiency, (ii) generality, (iii)
excellent yields of the products, (iv) short reaction times, (v) clean reaction profile, (vi) simplicity,
(vii) usage of a few amount of the catalyst, (viii) easy preparation the catalyst from available and
inexpensive starting materials, (ix) mild reaction conditions, (x) performing the reaction in solventfree
conditions, and (xi) easy work-up.

- چکیده انگلیسی: A highly efficient and simple protocol for the synthesis of 2-amidoalkylphenols has been described. The one-pot multi-component condensation of phenols with aromatic aldehydes and amides in the presence of catalytic amount of SO3H-functionalized phthalimide (SFP) under solvent-free conditions afford the title compounds in high yields and relatively short reaction times. It is noteworthy that the reaction between phenols, arylaldehydes and amides has been scarcely studied in the literature (in spite of the condensation of 2-naphthol with arylaldehydes and amides, which has been extensively reported).

- چکیده انگلیسی: A SO3 H-containing solid acid namely SO3 H-functionalized phthalimide (SFP) was synthesized from phthalimide and chlorosulfonic acid, and identified by studying its FT-IR, 1 H and 13C NMR, Mass, XRD, TG and DTG spectra. Afterward, its catalytic activity was examined for the solvent-free condensation of dimedone (5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione) (2 eq.) with arylaldehydes (1 eq.). The results showed that SFP is a highly efficient catalyst to promote the title reaction for the preparation of 9-aryl-1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthenes.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This research describes application of a mesoporous nanostructured material based on basic ionic liquid anchored to silica, i.e. nano-2-(dimethylamino)-N-(silica-n-propyl)-N,N-dimethylethanaminium chloride {nano-[DMSPDE][Cl]}, as a highly effective and heterogeneous nanocatalyst for the production of 2-amino-4H-chromenes. The one-pot multi-component reaction of aromatic aldehydes with malononitrile and 1-naphthol in the presence of nano-[DMSPDE][Cl] under solvent-free conditions affords the title compounds with high yields in short times.

- چکیده انگلیسی: In this study, N1,N1,N2,N2-tetramethylethane-1,2-diamine was reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to afford N1,N1,N2,N2-tetramethyl-N1,N2-bis(sulfo)ethane-1,2-diaminium chloride ([TMBSED][Cl]2) as a new acidic ionic liquid. [TMBSED][Cl]2 was identified by 1H and 13C NMR, mass and FT-IR spectra. Then, its catalytic activity was examined to promote the following multicomponent reactions: (i) the production of 4,4´-(arylmethylene)-bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-ol)s from arylaldehydes and 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one in ethanol, and (ii) the synthesis of 12-aryl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthen-11-ones from arylaldehydes, dimedone and 2-naphthol in solvent-free conditions. The ionic liquid was highly efficient and general catalyst for these reactions.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Phthalimide was reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to give sulfonic acid-functionalized phthalimide (SFP), which characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR, XRD (X-ray diffraction), SEM (scanning electron microscopy), EDX (energy-dispersive X-ray), mass, TG (thermogravimetry) and DTG (derivative thermal gravimetry) spectra. Afterward, its catalytic activity was examined for the condensation of arylaldehydes with 2-naphthol under solvent-free conditions to afford 14-aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes. The results showed that SFP was highly efficient catalyst to promote the reaction.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Nanomagnetite-Fe3O4 is used as a highly efficient, mild, green and recyclable nanomagnetite catalyst for the synthesis of 4,4´-(arylmethylene)-bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-ol) derivatives in solvent-free conditions. The condensation reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one with aromatic aldehydes affords the title compounds in high yields and short reaction times. The nanocatalyst is reusable for seven times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. Short reaction times, high yields, generality, efficiency, recyclability of the catalyst for seven times, simple purification, clean reaction, and agreement with the green chemistry protocols are some advantages of in this method. the catalyst was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).

- چکیده انگلیسی: Michael addition of pyrimidine and purine nucleobases to substituted as well as unsubstituted α,β-unsaturated esters efficiently proceeds in the presence of catalytic amount of zinc oxide in ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide (ZnO/[bmim]Br) under microwave irradiation to afford carboacyclic nucleosides, as biologically important compounds, in good to excellent yields and in short reaction times.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Organocatalyst trityl chloride (Ph3CCl), by in situ formation of trityl carbocation with inherent instability, efficiently catalyzes the condensation of dimedone (5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione) (2 equiv.) with arylaldehydes (1 equiv.) under solvent-free conditions to afford 9-aryl-1,8-dioxo-octahydroxanthenes in high to excellent yields and in relatively short reaction times. Formation of the carbocationic system is confirmed by studying IR, 1H NMR and UV spectra according to the literature. Moreover, a plausible mechanism based on the literature and observations is proposed for the reaction.
