- چکیده انگلیسی: A straightforward approach for the extraction of the quercetin was carried out by a nanoporous molecularly imprinted acrylic acid-based network copolymer as asolid sorbent. This technique involves a molecular template (quercetin) which is surrounded by functional monomers and are subsequently co-polymerized in the presence of an excess of the cross linkers. In this process, three-dimensional binding sites are generated that are complementary to the quercetin template in terms of size, shape and position of functional groups. After removal of the imprinting quercetin template, the nanostructured polymer can therefore specifically recognize and re-bind the same or structurally very similar molecules. The synthesized MIP by bulk polymerization was exhibited a good tendency to absorb the quercetin template in a solid phase extraction (SPE) system. The prepared MIP achieved a binding capacity of 169 mg/grfor the quercetin in acetonitrile-water (1:1 v/v) solvent. Imaging by scanning electron microscope (SEM) was carried out to determine the surface morphology of the prepared MIP.

- چکیده انگلیسی: The generalized effective-medium theory of induced polarization (GEMTIP) is a newly developed relaxation model that incorporates the petro-physical and structural characteristics of polarizable rocks in the grain/porous scale to model their complex resistivity/conductivity spectra. The inversion of the GEMTIP relaxation model parameter from spectral-induced polarization data is a challenging issue because of the highly non-linear dependency of the observed data on the model parameter and
non-uniqueness of the problem. To solve these problems as well as scape the local minima of the highly complicated cost function, the genetic algorithm (GA) can be applied but it has proven to be time-intensive computationally. However, this drawback can be resolved by incorporating a faster algorithm, e.g. particle swarm optimization (PSO). The aim of this work is to investigate whether recovering the model parameter of the ellipsoidal GEMTIP model from SIP data using the combined GA and PSO algorithms is possible. To achieve this aim, we set the best calculated individuals using GA as the search space of PSO, and then the best location achieved by PSO in each iteration is assigned as the updated model parameters. The results of our research work reveal that the model parameters can effectively be recovered using the approach proposed in this paper but the time constant of a noisy data that arises from the adverse dependency of this parameter on the ellipticity of a polarizable grain. Moreover, the execution time of the ellipsoidal GEMTIP modeling of complex resistivity data can be significantly improved using the proposed algorithm.- انتشار مقاله: 05-10-1397

- چکیده انگلیسی: Computer graphics offer various gadgets to enhance the reconstruction of high-order statistics that are not correctly addressed by the two-point statistics approaches. Almost all the newly developed multiple-point geostatistics (MPS) algorithms, to some extent, adapt these techniques to increase the simulation accuracy and efficiency. In this work, a scrutiny comparison between our recently developed MPS algorithm, the cross-correlation-wavelet simulation (CCWSIM), and a well-known MPS algorithm, FILTERSIM, is performed. The main motivation to benchmark these two algorithms is that both exploit some digital image processing filters for feature extraction. Indeed, both algorithms compute the similarity (or dissimilarity) between data events in simulation grid and training image in the feature space. In order to compare the accuracy of the algorithms, some statistics such as facies proportion, variogram, and connectivity function are computed. The results obtained reveal an excellent agreement of the CCWSIM realizations with the training image rather than FILTERSIM. Furthermore, on average, the required simulation runtime for CCWSIM is at least 10 times less than that for FILTERSIM.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Remote sensing image analysis can be carried out at the per-pixel (hard) and sub-pixel (soft) scales. The former refers to the purity of image pixels, while the latter refers to the mixed spectra resulting from all objects composing of the image pixels. The spectral unmixing methods have been developed to decompose mixed spectra. Data-driven unmixing algorithms utilize the reference data called training samples and end-members. The performance of algorithms using training samples can be negatively affected by the curse of dimensionality. This problem is usually observed in the hyperspectral image classification, especially when a low number of training samples, compared to the large number of spectral bands of hyperspectral data, are available. An unmixing method that is not highly impressed by the curse of dimensionality is a promising option. Among all the methods used, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a more robust algorithm used to overcome this problem. In this work, our aim is to evaluate the capability of a regression mode of SVM, namely Support Vector Regression (SVR), for the sub-pixel classification of alteration zones. As a case study, the Hyperion data for the Sarcheshmeh, Darrehzar, and Sereidun districts is used. The main classification steps rely on 20 field samples taken from the Darrehzar area divided into 12 and 8 samples for training and validation, respectively. The accuracy of the sub-pixel maps obtained demonstrate that SVR can be successfully applied in the curse of dimensional conditions, where the size of the training samples (12) is very low compared to the number of spectral bands (165).

- چکیده انگلیسی: statement of Problem: Cleaning and shaping of the root canal system is an important objective of root canal therapy. Many automatic devices have been produced to simplify the preparation, and to decrease instrumentation time. One of these automatic devices with the general name of Endogripper is the new reciprocal handpiece called TEP-E10R.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare hand and rotary reciprocal techniques in incidence of change in canal centring of the root canal.materials and method: In this invitro study, 60 extracted mesial roots (120 canals) of human mandibular first and second molars were selected. The mesial roots were mounted in a metallic muffle. Sixty specimens were divided into four groups, (each group consisted of 30 canals). Each root was sectioned in two horizontal directions, the first cut was made five mm from the apical and the latter cut was made in the middle area of the root. The sections were photographed before instrumentation and then were reassembled in the metallic muffle and instrumented. In group one the preparations were made by NiTi files with hand instrumentation. In group two the preparations were made by stainless steel files with hand instrumentation, while in group three the preparations were made by Ni Ti files with use of TEP-E10R reciprocal handpiece, and in group four the preparations were made by stainless steel files and use of the same handpiece as in group three. After instrumentation, the metallic muffle was disassembled and the sections were photographed for the second time after preparation. The pre and post instrumentation photographs were superimposed using Adobe Photoshop and the canal center displacement in each section was measured. The collected data were analyzed with ANOVA and Tukey statistical tests.Results: All specimens in the four groups showed canal center displacement. Group two had the most mean of canal center displacement in coronal sections which was significantly different from group one (p=0.008). In the middle sections, the highest mean of canal center displacement was seen in group four and it was significantly different from group one (p=0.001). In the apical sections, group two had the highest mean of canal center displacement which was significantly different from other three groups (p<0.001).Conclusion: Canal preparation with reciprocal handpiece (TEP-E10R) was similar to hand preparation technique with Ni Ti files in shaping of the root canal system.Key words: Canal centring, Hand instrumentation technique, Rotary reciprocal technique

- چکیده انگلیسی: In some countries, regional authorities may attempt to rebalance the allocation of national facilities in benefit of their own region which, in turn, may cause disturbances in the central government’s decision-making proces. Regarding the hierarchical nature of these types of decisions, classical optimization models are not effective in decision-making and the use of multi-level programming can increase the efficiency of planning. Our paper aims to address the issue of a bi-level programming model to conduct the location analysis of emergency warehouses. A three-echelon relief supply chain is considered in which the relief network involves national and regional warehouses and demand cities. The upper-level model decides on the location of national warehouses, allocating them to regional warehouses. The lower-level model determines the location of regional warehouses and allocates them to demand points. The structure of both levels is based on the median location-allocation problem. Three solution approaches are presented based on the full enumeration and two types of nested evolutionarymethods (genetic and heuristic local search algorithms). For the model to be used in Iran, the efficiency of algorithms is analyzed for two sizes of problems. The obtained results show the proper functioning of the solution approaches.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Nowadays, the relative importance of logistics and sustainable supply chain cannot be denied and third-party logistics as one of the logistics management strategies can play an important role for many industry owners to consider their sustainability goals. The goal of this paper is to choose the best third-party logistics provider to achieve a sustainable logistics system, because third-party logistics service is mainly dependent on both transportation and workforces, managing them is one of the important issues of sustainability. Thus, third-party logistics providers need to be concerned about not only the economic criteria but also issues related to environmental and social sustainability in addition to two other dimensions namely technical and reputation. In this paper, a comprehensive classification of related criteria, sub-criteria, and sub-sub-criteria is proposed according to selecting the best third-party logistics provider. To evaluate and rank the proposed criteria, a D Number-Analytic Hierarchy Process method, as one of the proper and popular multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approaches, is utilized. Besides, a case study in dairy industry has been accomplished in the real-world to show the effectiveness and a better understanding of the proposed conceptual model. Finally, the best third-party logistics provider was identified among the alternatives for the proposed case study. The results showed that the proposed method could be a good alternative to conduct evaluations and the related sensitivity analysis, considering sustainability.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have very promising applications for inhibition of microbial growth. The aim of this study is investigation and comparison of the effect of temperature and acidity on antimicrobial activities of pristine Multiwalled Carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and Multiwalled Carbon nanotubes-Arginine (MWCNTs-Arg). Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) were calculated in range of temperature (25, 37 and 42 ºC) and pH (4.2, 7.2, and 10) on Staphylococcus aureus. The results approved that pristine and functionalized MWCNTs have broad-spectrum antimicrobial activities against examined pathogen. Between these agents, MWCNTs-Arg and pristine MWCNTs and have the highest inhibitory activity on microbial growth, respectively. The MBC value of MWCNTs was improved by amino acid functionalization. The optimal pH for antimicrobial activity of pristine MWCNTs and MWCNTs-Arg are 4.2 and 7.2 and optimal temperatures are 42 ºC and 42 ºC, respectively. There is no change on optimal temperature of MWCNTs by this functionalization, but functionalization of MWCNTs by Arg enhanced its antimicrobial activity and led to change of optimal pH of MWCNTs for antimicrobial activity. This changes lead to suitable improvement of antimicrobial activity in neutral and biological pH.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Blood supply chain network design isanessentialpart of the total blood management systems.In this paper, a mixed integer non-linear programming (MINLP) model for the concerned problem is developed. Optimizing the facility location and flows between each echelon of the considered supply chain is our main focus in this study. Also, in order to handle uncertain nature of model parameters, a mix robust stochastic programming approach is applied to the model. Finally, to test the applicability of the proposed model, a numerical example is proposed using random generated data and then sensitivity analysis is done on a model parameter which play a rolein making trade-off between model robustness and optimality robustness.
