- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper deals with a class of bi-level linear programming problem (BLPP) with fuzzy data. Fuzzy data are mainly considered to design the real-life BLPP. So we assume that the coefficients and the variables of BLPP are trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and the corresponding BLPP is treated as fuzzy BLPP (FBLPP). Traditional approaches such as vertex enumeration algorithm, Kth-best algorithm, Krush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) condition and Penalty function approach for solving BLPP are not only technically inefficient but also lead to a contradiction when the follower’s decision power dominates to the leader’s decision power. Also these methods are needed to solve only crisp BLPP. To overcome the difficulty, we extend Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in fuzzy environment with the help of ranking function. Fuzzy TOPSIS provides the most appropriate alternative solution based on fuzzy positive ideal solution (FPIS) and fuzzy negative ideal solution (FNIS). An example is included how to apply the discussed concepts of the paper for solving the FBLPP.

- چکیده انگلیسی: Objective(s): In this study, we present the potential of cerium oxide nanoparticle pretreatment on ARPE-19 cells, a cell line of the Retinal Pigment Epithelium (RPE), as a therapeutic modality to cellular stresses such as low serum starvation.
Materials and Methods: ARPE-19 cells were pretreated with nano-cerium oxide at a concentration of 500 µg/mL before low serum stress was induced for 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours. Starvation stress was induced by using low concentrations of Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) media at three increments: 10%, 1%, 0.1%.
Results: Contrast images demonstrated higher cell confluence and cell integrity in cells pretreated with cerium oxide nanoparticles compared to untreated cells. Increased cell viability for cerium oxide pretreated cells was confirmed by MTS assay after 96 hours of serum starvation.
Conclusion: By using nanoparticles to influence pathways of apoptosis, we hope to rescue ARPE-19 cells from a range of stressors, including oxidative stress, and re-establish homeostasis for the cell. Nanoparticles may represent a novel class of therapeutics for diseases of the eye, like AMD and blue-light induced oxidative stress.- انتشار مقاله: 24-09-1399

Two main examples will also be presented: Imam Hussein Cultural Center (CCIH) and The Shiite Human Rights Observatory (OXDIH), both in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. - چکیده انگلیسی: Microencapsulation is a process in which solid, liquid or gas components are covered with a septum.
The present study has focused on the effect of stirring to produce ferric saccharide capsules with
alginate coating applying the coacervation method so that we can obtain the best capsules for
fortification of hydrated and dehydrated food products. At first, three methods, including stirrer,
ultra-sonic and sonic bath were compared in order to select the best way of stirring. The experiment
results showed that turning was provided by the stirrer method resulted in capsulation with spherical
morphology and uniform distribution of surface. In this case the other factors such as the alginate
concentration and calcium salt concentration were investigated. After studying the various conditions,
it is suggested that the best Capsules were formed in alginate 3% at 500 rpm with concentration of
calcium chloride salt 1M. The resulted capsules by this method had a high efficiency and were more

- چکیده انگلیسی: This article reports the green synthesis of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) from aqueous leaf extract of Trema Orientalis (L) and its effectiveness in photodegradation process of zoxamide under UV irradiation(λ max ≥ 250 nm) . Titanium (IV) isopropoxide act as the precursor and leaf extract act as the reducing agent. The synthesized TiO2 NPs are confirmed by the powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and the crystalline size was calculated by the Scherrer’s formula(52nm) and as well as Williaman-Hall(W-H) equation(59 nm). The Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) analysis shows the stability and particle size approximately 88-94 nm of the synthesized TiO2 NPs. The Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis confirms the presence of various functional groups in the synthesized NPs. The UV absorption wavelength observed at the peak of 351 nm and the calculated energy band gap is found to be 3.27eV. The surface morphology of the synthesized TiO2 NPs is determined by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The rate of photodegradation of zoxamide in acetonitrile/water solvent system followed pseudo first-order kinetics, and calculated half-lives were found to be in the range of 2.33 -10.46 h. From this study, one photoproduct was isolated and characterized on the basis of column chromatography, mass spectral data and X-ray crystallography. The isolated photoproduct was identified as 3,5-dichloro-4 methyl benzoic acid. The plausible mechanistic pathway of formation of the photoproduct is also depicted. Langmuir–Hinshelwood (L–H) kinetic model was proposed for the rate equation of the zoxamide photodegradation in presence of TiO2 NPs under UV irradiation.

- چکیده انگلیسی: CIGS solar cells are regarded to be one of the best thin film solar cells with
efficiencies up to 22.6%, which exceeds the current multicrystalline Si record efficiency
(21.9%). To make the promising CIGS solar cells more economic, reduction of costly In
and Ga elements through thinning of CIGS layer seems necessary. But, it causes the cell
performance degradation. This study is aimed to investigate the efficiency enhancement
of ultrathin CIGS solar cells by using of Al plasmonic nanoparticles. Plasmonic
nanoparticles can restrict, absorb, navigate or scatter the incident light. The role of
different location of Al nanoparticles within the active layer was studied through optical
and electrical simulation utilizing FDTD and DEVICE solvers of Lumerical software.
By using the spherical Au nanoparticles, the light absorption in the cell increased
drastically. The highest ç=15.31% was achieved for the designed ultrathin CIGS solar

- چکیده انگلیسی: Supply chain management (SCM) addresses the management of materials and information across the entire chain from suppliers to producers, distributors, retailers, and customer. The theory of supply chain management suggests that lead time reduction is a pioneer to the use of market mediation to reduce transaction uncertainty in the chain, which can be conceptualized as the primary goal of supply chain management. In the past few decades, scholars gave ample attention about the impact of inventory on SCM. This paper relates to the development of a lot sizing model for a single component multiple delivery system with variable demand and lead time of a multinational transformer company. Two models and the modification were developed on the basis of the following assumptions. For first model distribution of demand is normal, distribution of procurement lead time is exponential and the quantity is coming in a single lot. For second model distribution of demand is normal distribution of ‘procurement’ and ‘administrative delay’ lead time is exponential and the quantity is coming in a single lot.
Modification of the first model has been done by taking the effect of multiple deliveries in the models and correcting the Re-order point as obtained from the previous models. The results were observed by the second model and analysis has been done for different parametric conditions. The effect of multiple deliveries is also taken into account. - چکیده انگلیسی: Controlling a system can be done in various ways and methods. The classical method which even now a day as a solution works is PID which in that with some method three-parameter of controller called P (Proportional), I (Integral), D (Derivational) tuned to have the best controlling response from a system. The AGV robot as the abbreviation of the Automated Guided Vehicle is as a famous robot platform which used in various industries relies on PID controllers in various ways. Each AGV or Machine has its own set of function, hence, in order to accomplish the exact set of workload more efficiently one need to actually tune the PID parameters accordingly so that there cannot be an intolerable amount of energy loss, inefficiency rate, lag, lack of robustness etc. In this paper over than introduction of PID controller and see the effect of each parameter on the real system the compassion between hired methods on AGV robot are investigated. As this review indicates that various PID tune method are used based on system requirements with the help of Lyapunov Direct Method, traditional Ziegler Nichols, Fuzzy controller, human immune system called the humoral, neural network, etc to control the speed and steering of an AGV systems.

- چکیده: روزنهها باز شدگیهای کوچکی در محل اتصال گیاه با محیط هستند و نقش محوری در چرخه آب و کربن جهانی بازی میکنند. روزنهها دو عمل فیزیولوژیکی مهم کلیدی، یعنی فتوسنتز و تعرق، را تنظیم مینمایند و بنابراین، از نظر عملکرد گونههای گیاهان زراعی به هنگام تغییر شرایط آب و هوایی از نقش حیاتی برخوردار هستند. اگرچه عوامل محیطی بر تراکم و اندازه روزنهها تاثیر میگذارند، ولی کنترل ژنتیکی این صفت نیز به اثبات رسیده است. تنوع بالا برای این صفت در گونههای گیاهی مختلف گزارش شده است و بنابراین بهبود آن از طریق طراحی یک استراتژی مناسب اصلاحی امکان پذیر است. در چای، تراکم روزنهها از 67/44 تا 108 عدد در یک میلیمتر مربع متغیر است و این صفت همبستگی معنیدار و مثبت با میزان فتوسنتز (Pn) و کارآیی مصرف آب نشان دادهاست. برای تراکم روزنهها در چای، وراثت پذیری و پیشبرد ژنتیکی بالا گزارش شدهاست که نشان دهنده کنترل زیاد آن توسط عوامل ژنتیکی است. بنابراین، تراکم روزنهها میتواند به عنوان یک معیار گزینش مهم در نظر گرفته شود و در این راستا ایجاد کلونهای چای کارآمد از نظر فیزیولوژیکی و نیز ارقام بذری ممکن است از طریق بهبود تراکم روزنهها به کمک طراحی یک استراتژی اصلاحی مناسب، میسور شود.
- چکیده انگلیسی: Stomata, the small opening in leaf connecting plant with atmosphere, play pivotal roles in global water and carbon cycles. Stomata regulate the two key important physiological functions viz. photosynthesis and transpiration and thus are crucial for performance of crop species in changing climatic conditions. Although environmental factors influence the density and size of stomata, the genetic control of this character is evident. High variation for this character is reported from different crop species and thus improvement of this character is possible through appropriately designed breeding strategy. In tea, stomatal density varied from 44.67 mm-2 to 108 mm-2 and this character exhibited a significant and positive correlation with photosynthetic rate (Pn) and water use efficiency. A high value for heritability and genetic advance was detected for this character in tea, indicating its tight genetic control. Thus stomatal density may be an important selection criterion and development of physiologically efficient tea clones and seed varieties may be possible by improving stomatal density through a suitably designed breeding strategy.

- چکیده انگلیسی: This paper presents Density Functional Theory and Non-Equilibrium Green’s Function based First Principles calculations to explore the sensing property of Adenine and Thymine based hetero-junction chins for Ammonia and Phosphine gas molecules. This modeling and simulation technique plays an important and crucial role in the fast growing semiconductor based nanotechnology field. The hetero-junction chain has been passed through the multi layer GaAs nanopore electrodes. It has been found that Current-Voltage characteristics of the bio-molecular chain highly depend during the foreign gas molecules adsorption. This Current-Voltage sensitivity has been raised upto 40 and 9.3 times with the presence of single Ammonia and Phosphine molecules respectively under the ultra low bias voltage application. Adsorption of single molecule Ammonia and Phosphine increases the conductivity of the heterogeneous bio-molecular chain at room temperature. The quantum ballistic transmission through the direct band gap semi-conductor material GaAs nanopore increases during the Ammonia and Phosphine gas adsorption by the heterogeneous chain. In this paper we attempt to present the molecular model sensor with circuit elements. The attractive potential of conductivity modulation suggests this heterogeneous bio-molecular chain as an application in future generation bio-sensor technology.
