چکیده:
مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی تعارض کار- خانواده در پرستاران انجام شد. در این مطالعۀ توصیفی- مقطعی 374 پرستار شاغل در هشت مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهر رشت به شیوۀ تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ اطلاعات فردی و پرسشنامۀ تعارض کار- خانواده کارلسون[1] ارزیابی شدند دادهها با استفاده از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای آمار استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعارض کار – خانواده از نظر فشار و تعارض خانواده- کار از نظر زمان، بیشترین حیطۀ تأثیرگذار در تعارض پرستاران هستند. مدل رگرسیون نشان داد که از بین عوامل فردی علاقه به شغل، شغل دوم و نگهداری از سالمندان یا فرزند معلول در حیطۀ تعارض کار با خانواده و علاقه به شغل، داشتن شغل دوم، نگهداری از سالمندان یا فرزند معلول و شرایط شغلی همسر در حیطۀ تعارض خانواده با کار معنادار و مرتبط است. یافتههای این پژوهش به اهمیت ایجاد تعادل در زندگی خانوادگی و شغلی پرستاران تأکید میکند،به طوری که با آگاه کردن مسئولان از نتایج این پژوهش میتوان گام مهمی در جهت کاهش مشکلات پرستاران و افزایش کیفیّت خدمات رسانی به آنها برداشت.

چکیده انگلیسی:
Due to different reasons Nurses’ health is under great danger than the other social groups. One of the important reasons of stress and tension that is not usually addressed is the conflict between work and family life that can have an influential effect on their performance and health. Present study was an attempt to seek the work-family and family -work conflict among participant nurses. This is a cross sectional study and descriptive-Analytic. Number of 374 employed nurses in 8 Medical- Educational centers related to Gilan Medical university were selected by stratified sampling and were studied using a two-part triangulated instrument including Bio- data, and index of Carlson Work-Family conflict Questionnaire . Data have been analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical tests (Spearman, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal wallis and liner regressions) in SPSS (17) software.Results of this study showed that work-family conflict in terms of pressure and family-work conflict in terms of time are most effective on work-family and family-work conflict among nurses. Linear regressions demonstrated that among personal and professional elements, the relevant ones with the work- family conflict were interest in job (p<0/002), having a second job (p<0/009), and looking after elders or disables in the family (p<0/001). And relevant ones with the family-work conflict were interest in job (p<0/007), having a second job (p<0/004), and looking after elders or disables in the family (p<0/003) and employment conditions of spouse (p<0/01). Conclusion signifies the fact that keeping balance in family and professional life of nurses is an essential element in their health as though it can be a good step in warning the officials to reduce nurses’ problems and promote their service quality.
